All Quizzed Out

Well done to all who turned up for the beaver quiz last night. It was a close fought thing, (I don’t know how the kids managed as some of the questions had me scratching my head).
The eventual victors were Darfield congratulations, also can I say very big thanks to Wombwell for hosting the evening.

Orienteering Course

Hi, I am not sure of this will be of interest to yourselves but we have developed a new country park in Thurnscoe (Ex-colliery site) and very much encourage local groups like yourselves to visit. We run a variety of outdoor activities but the main feature I'd like to inform you about is the permanent orienteering course we have there. I could easily send maps etc. so you can visit at your leisure if you feel this would be useful, or even organise an event for you.
