I think the first priority is to get an idea of numbers so we can start planning activities and timings and get an idea of what sort of activities budget is available to us.
I'd like, from each Group, via your nominated co-ordinator, a provisional indication of numbers of Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers emailed to me by close of play on May 15th. I have prepared a letter, which you can print out and use if you wish. It's a PDF file, which you can download from here.
I'd like your final numbers by close of play on May 29th. Any problems, please let me know in good time.
